Our shop is wholesale-only for restaurants and corporate customers. Individual customers cannot place orders.

About Products and Samples
You can order individual items. Purchase only what you need to best fit your freezer space and reduce food waste.
Yes. For case orders, please contact us via the inquiry form. Our sales representative will provide terms and conditions.
We do not offer separate samples. However, you can order single items, so we recommend starting with a small quantity.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping fees vary by region:
Honshu / Shikoku: 900 JPY
Hokkaido / Kyushu: 1,200 JPY
Okinawa: 1,500 JPY
Yes. You can select your preferred date and time during checkout.
For safe, temperature-controlled delivery, we use Yamato Transport.
Payment and Documents
個人のお客様は、クレジットカード(VISA・Mastercard・American Express等)およびコンビニ決済(PayPay等を含む)をご利用いただけます。事業者のお客様(飲食店様・法人様)は、上記に加え、NP掛け払い(法人向け請求書払い)もご利用いただけます。
After shipping, you can download a PDF receipt from your My Page. You can also customize the addressee and content.
Yes. Receipts and delivery notes that comply with the invoice system can be issued from My Page.
Returns and defects
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons. Thank you for understanding.
Contact us by phone or through the inquiry form within 3 days of receipt. We will promptly exchange or refund your item at our expense.

Existing customers should contact their assigned sales representative. New customers can use the inquiry form, and we will respond promptly.
